This hotel suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff has always been helpful, like when they assisted me with printing on my first stay. I’ll definitely be back for Christmas!

Man, that breakfast spread was off the charts! Fresh fruit, biscuits, gravy, and those waffles? Next level! Also, the pool and gym facilities really hit the spot after a long drive. Kudos for that!

the tv didn’t have streaming, which was disappointing. however, the breakfast had delicious eggs and biscuits, the staff was super friendly, and my room was clean and comfy! 😊🍳

Great for a solo getaway, just watch your back

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It was nicely set up with a separate area for work and relaxation. They had a decent breakfast, not gourmet but it got the job done. I could tell they were dog-friendly too, saw plenty of them wandering around. The whole atmosphere felt cute, kind of like home, but in a hotel kind of way

It wasn't exactly a bargain, if you catch my drift but overall I could live with it.

The location was convenient, surrounded by various attractions. The room layout was decent, providing some space for our family. The beds were acceptable for a short stay, but nothing exceptional.

We stayed for two nights in a Deluxe Queen Room. The convenience of being near the interstate was a plus. Although the air conditioning struggled, we opened the window for fresh air. The breakfast offered decent variety, just lower quality. Expect some quirks, but it served our needs adequately.

Several cleanliness issues stood out, as our room had remnants from previous guests, including trash left in the room and under the bed. The floors weren’t cleaned well. even after requesting maid service, we returned to find dirt still lingering, making it uncomfortable to walk around barefoot. Accessibility features in the handicap room were lacking. the shower setup was poorly designed, high with fixed mounts, and needed more handrails around. For some reason, the telephone in our room had its wire cut, and the mattress pad had stains that made it less than appealing during our short stay.

The staff exuded warmth and friendliness, making the stay feel personal, especially with Sandy’s delightful breakfast service and Amanda's calm assistance when I had trouble accessing my room. The cleanliness stood out, with thoughtful touches like neatly arranged items and even a tucked stuffed animal for my daughter. However, the location was slightly inconvenient as it was a bit far from my job, and the proximity to bustling areas could lead to some noise. Nonetheless, the overall ambiance was inviting, making it a memorable visit.
